All new patients must have a consultation and the $100 fee includes examination, focusing on your concern and X-Rays to accurately give you a quote.
If you have insurance, this fee will be applied to your deductible.
All quotes are honored for 28 days as long as your condition does not worsen or change.
Veterans, First Responders and Teachers, please let us know in advance below and we can verify to waive the Consultation Fee.
We also waive the fee using our Doc's Rewards Program.

NOTE: No refunds given for missed or broken appointments without 48 hours notice. Exceptions with a documented emergency. For example a police report, doctor’s note, or court summons. This allows us to focus on one patient at a time and not to double book. missed appointments hurts people who really need appointments and wastes resources and raises the cost of healthcare for everyone. We are committed to keeping prices low. We accept payment online anytime or during regular hours by phone or in person.
